Increase the power supply anti-reverse connection function; incorrect power supply connection will not damage the module. Fault-tolerant design ensures the relay will not operate if the control line is disconnected. The module uses high-quality relays with a normally open interface rated load of AC 250V/10A, DC 30V/10A. It features a small bidirectional isolation optocoupler with strong anti-interference capability and stable performance. Trigger current requires only 5mA. Working voltage options: 5V, 12V, and 24V. Available in 4-way, 8-way, 12-way, and 16-way configurations. Interface design is user-friendly, with all terminals accessible via screw terminals for easy connection. Includes four 3mm mounting holes for secure installation. Terminal definitions: - DC+: Positive terminal of external DC power supply - DC-: Negative terminal of external DC power supply - GND: Common terminal of the optocoupler chip - NO1NO16: Relay normally open contacts; open when relay is de-energized, shorted to COM when energized - COM1COM16: Relay common contacts - NC1NC16: Relay normally closed contacts; shorted to COM when de-energized, open when energized Power indicator (red), 16-channel relay status indicators (blue). For high-level control: signal must be connected to the negative terminal of the user control board power supply.
