Holle's organic wholegrain 3-grain porridge (from 6 months) is part of a healthy and balanced diet. Formed by: Integral rice, Corn and Millet. They are suitable components for your growths. It is the appropriate way to continue complementary feeding for your baby, from 6 months. What are its advantages? Quick and easy to prepare. Contains no added sugar, dairy or gluten. A smooth and creamy taste. It can be added to bottle milk or prepared as a cream. They can be made with breast milk, infant milk, or water. Rich in soluble fiber and easily digestible. All three grains together are a great source of healthy nutrients. no traces of milk First boil the milk and water together, in quantities of 100ml each (a total of 200ml). Let the mixture cool down to 50º. Pour the liquid on a plate, add 5 tablespoons of spelled porridge (about 25g) and mix the content well. Once the mixture is prepared, let it cool until it reaches an optimum temperature for consumption (about 37º).
