5-Pack Nylon Flap Discs for Angle Grinder, 11.4 cm, Paint & Rust Remover

Grinding and Stripping Discs for Angle Grinders This set of five grinding and stripping discs is designed for use with 11.4 cm angle grinders, offering a practical solution for surface preparation and finishing tasks. Each disc measures 4.5 inches and is built to fit standard angle grinders of this size with a precise and secure fit, allowing you to work with confidence and control. Durable Construction for Extended Use The discs are made from a combination of strong nylon fibre and silicon carbide, chosen for its durability and long-lasting performance. This material composition helps the discs withstand regular use while producing minimal sparking during operation. Efficient Paint and Rust Removal These discs are particularly effective at removing paint and rust from metal surfaces. The abrasive action of the silicon carbide, combined with the sturdy nylon fibre structure, allows you to strip away unwanted coatings and corrosion quickly, preparing surfaces for painting, coating, or further finishing work. Honeycomb Design for a Smooth Finish Each disc features a unique honeycomb pattern that promotes smooth and even grinding across the surface, delivering a superior finish and making it easier to achieve consistent results across larger areas or detailed workpieces. Convenient Five-Pack for Continuous Work Supplied as a set of five discs, this pack ensures you have spares on hand when you need them most. Having multiple discs available means you can replace a worn disc quickly and continue working without unnecessary downtime, keeping your projects moving efficiently.
