Bacterial Challenge: LRV greater than 7 per lot for 0.22 micrometre pore size membrane (ATCC 19146, ASTM Bacterial Challenge Test). Endotoxin levels are less than 0.25 EU/mL or less than 2.15 EU per device (LAL test). High Flux: Larger filter surface area increases flow rate and flux, reducing the pressure required to empty the syringe.
