Before installing the fork sock, you need to remove the guidering, or the fork sock will be torn from rubbing when installed on the top of the ring. Maintenance: Its recommended that you remove the fork sock after each day of riding. Dont leave your fork sock on when you wash thebike. Remove it and rinse with a garden hose or wash it in the sink with warm soapy water. Spread out the fork sock and letdry. Then, install it back to your front fork. Remember not to let it on while youre washing, or it could trap water and sand,which causes the leakage of your front fork.
