ActiveComplex Omega 3 capsules contain 500 mg of fish oil and are much smaller in size than those of ActiveComplex Fish Oil from 120 capsules which makes them much easier to swallow. This product contains high quality and purity fish oil and is clean of environmental toxins (well below the limit values for contamination). With omega 3, EPA and DHA, in their natural triglyceride form that contributes to the normal functioning of the heart, brain and eyesight. The capsules are made with fish gelatin, so the product comes 100% from fish. Citrus flavored with no fishy odor or taste, they can be swallowed whole or chewed. The lemon flavor also helps prevent fishy reflux, ideal for people who must take fish oil for long periods, and for pescetarians. Adults: take 2 to 5 capsules per day or follow the instructions of your healthcare professional. Children over 4 years: take 2 capsules a day or follow the instructions of your healthcare professional. Take preferably during the meal. If preferred, the contents of the capsule can be poured into a spoon. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
