Parrilla adicional de acero inoxidable para Fermentadora – Slow Cooker Brod & Taylor. Con nuevo sistema de apoyo. Esta parrilla sirve para crear una segunda altura en la fermentadora Brod & Taylor, permitiendo contar con dos estantes y por tanto duplicar la capacidad. De este modo se puede, por ejemplo, fermentar a la vez dos bandejas de baguettes en lugar de sólo una. Cuando se usa esta parrilla adicional la altura máxima que pueden alcanzar las piezas de pan levado es de 10 cm. La parrilla adicional presenta 1 pata en cada esquina unida horizontalmente con la otra pata del ancho, de esta forma resultan dos puntos de apoyo firmes para descansar sobre la bandeja de la fermentadora. Cuando se utilicen ambos estantes, la rejilla adicional se coloca en el nivel superior sobre la rejilla que viene incluida con la fermentadora.
