Adjustable 2-Way Crossover Filter Full Range Treble Bass Frequency Divider 400W

Adjustable Two-Way Crossover for Tailored Speaker Performance The YLY-2088 is a 400 W adjustable two-way audio crossover filter designed to give you precise control over your speaker system's full-range output. By managing the frequency split between treble and bass, this unit lets you shape the sound to suit your listening environment and personal preference, helping you get the most from your existing speakers. Fine-Tune Bass Response with Jumper Controls The crossover features four jumpers that allow straightforward adjustment of the audio range. Jumpers A and B govern the bass frequencies, with Jumper A setting the lower limit and Jumper B the upper limit. Removing the cap from Jumper A limits extremely low bass, which helps reduce distortion at high volumes. Conversely, removing the cap from Jumper B increases the bass output, while replacing it reduces the bass level. This flexibility is particularly useful on speakers that may show distortion when the bass is turned up too much, as it allows you to find the optimal balance between depth and clarity. Adjust Treble Output for Clearer Highs Jumpers C and D control the height range of the audio output. When the caps on both Jumpers C and D are fitted, the treble sound is at its loudest. This gives you the ability to adjust the high-frequency presence to match your room acoustics or listening preferences, ensuring crisp and detailed highs without overpowering the rest of the mix. A Practical Upgrade for Enthusiast Setups Whether you are refining a home audio system or fine-tuning a professional setup, the YLY-2088 offers a hands-on way to manage frequency response. Its straightforward jumper-based design means adjustments can be made quickly and easily, allowing you to experiment with different settings until you achieve the sound you are after.
