Adjustable Planer Blade Setting Gauge Calibrator for Woodworking Tools

Planer Blade Setting Gauge for Accurate Cutter Alignment This adjustable planer blade calibrator is designed to simplify the setup of cutting tools in a planer or jointer head. Each gauge sits within a magnetic frame that attaches securely to the cutter head, allowing you to position the measuring device directly over the blade and set the correct height with confidence. Suitable for use with surface planers, jointers, combination machines and thicknessers, it accommodates all makes and models and works with 1/8 inch cutter heads. Precision Adjustment Made Simple The tool helps you stabilise the blade while you adjust it, making the process of mounting and setting planer knives quicker and more straightforward. By holding the blade in perfect alignment, it reduces the guesswork involved in achieving an accurate setting. The adjustable mini magnet assists in positioning new blades, while the high-strength magnet holds the knife securely in place. Durable Construction for Workshop Use Manufactured from high-quality materials with high strength and hardness, this setting gauge is built to withstand regular workshop use. Its practical, durable design makes it a reliable addition to your woodworking toolkit, helping you achieve consistent results when changing or calibrating planer blades.
