Algas de Ana María Lajusticia is a food supplement rich in trace elements, mineral salts (iodine, potassium, bromine, chlorine, calcium, iron, silica), vitamins and provitamins A and D.
Iodine is essential for the formation of thyroid hormones T3 and T4 or thyroxine, and it is involved in the combustion of carbohydrates and fats. Its deficiency leads to goiter and thyroid disorders. It also has an important role in fluid removal and intestinal peristalsis. Effectively complements diets low in fish.
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily. It is recommended to take it with plenty of water.
Not recommended if you are undergoing treatment for hypo/hyperthyroidism, consult your doctor. May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
