Artichoke cultivation begins on family farms, and then continues with careful irrigation and monitoring until the prized "artichoke" blooms in spring. The supply chain is very short: the raw product is processed exclusively by hand and packaged just 8 hours after harvesting, allowing you to savor the distinctive flavor of fresh artichokes, seasoned according to an ancient Apulian recipe. It is recommended to consume as an appetizer, snack, or as a condiment for salads, pizzas, bruschetta, first or second courses based on meat or fish.
