Safety Warnings:
Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and nipples as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Never use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result. Prepared formula needs to be fed immediately after preparation or refrigerated within 1 hour after mixing. Prepared refrigerated formula must be used within 24 hours. After feeding begins, use the prepared formula within 1 hour, discard any leftover formula and do not re-use. Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to an infant diagnosed with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and the need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use. Storage: Once mixed, feed immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container; use within 24 hours. Cover opened formula with the plastic lid provided with can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Filled by weight, not volume. Some settling may occur. Best when used by date indicated on bottom of can.
