Magnetic Tensioner Product Operation: 1. Installing the Tensioner Fix the tensioner, install the tension rod as shown in the diagram and lock the fixing screw. When locking, the screw must be aligned with the plane of the shaft. 2. Adjusting the wool ring clamp Adjust the wool ring knob on the back of the tensioner to loosen the clamping degree of the wool clamp ring. Right-handed rotation means tight and left-handed rotation means loose. When using low tension, the clamping degree of the wool clamp ring should be such that the enameled wire does not fall out of the wool ring, resulting in only slight resistance. 3. Set output tension According to the tension required by the user, adjust the tension adjustment knob and counter tension knob repeatedly to achieve the required output tension and the appropriate working angle of the tension rod. Explanation of tension and counter tension adjustment: 1. Tension adjustment method: Change the output tension by rotating the tension adjustment knob. If the tension is low, increase the tension by turning the tension adjustment knob to the right; If the tension is high, turn the left tension adjustment knob to reduce the tension.
