Bach Original Sweet Chestnut is an ideal elixir for those moments of difficulty as it helps free the mind to face situations with optimism and inner peace. It is recommended for a simple preparation: dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and drink in sips and at intervals; or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle. with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
