The Barbentane Eggplant Seeds of Graines en folie are seeds of the traditional variety, elongated in the shape of a club of 20 to 25 cm. Ideal for obtaining a hardy, early and productive plant. Eggplants grow very well in pots, on a balcony or terrace. It is advisable for temperate climates to sow generally from February to March, in pots or pots. Make your seedlings in a mini greenhouse that you will place in a bright place, indoors. Remove the lid as soon as the first shoots appear. Keep your seedlings moist, without soaking the soil. Eat your eggplants as ratatouille, grilled, Moussaka, gratin, stuffed or in eggplant caviar.
