Originally from northern India, Basmati rice has a delicate fragrance. Naturally gluten-free, rice is the most digestible cereal. White rice is suitable both for desserts and as a side cereal. It's less nutritious than brown or semi-brown rice, but it's great for people who have trouble tolerating fiber. It cooks fast, so it's perfect when you're in a hurry. It is recommended to cook over medium heat and half covered for about 10 to 15 minutes after it boils. Let it swell. Possible traces of cereals containing gluten, soy, nuts ( hazelnuts, almonds, cashews ) and sesame.
