The Arctic P9 military telescope was invented at Johns Hopkins University. The purpose of this study is to achieve the maximum magnification with the minimum effective aperture while ensuring the telescope's luminous flux and resolution angle. This telescope is the first to try to use nano-etching technology, nano-array technology, mesoporous assembly technology, thin film inlay technology, and nano-optical materials to achieve a lens flatness error of 10nm. The luminous flux reaches 30 times that of ordinary telescopes of the same caliber. The resolution angle is 47 times that of ordinary telescopes of the same caliber. The maximum magnification reaches 300 times. This is the first monocular telescope to achieve such magnification and clarity on such a small scale.
