This DC motor controller is engineered for industrial electric tools such as air pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, and fans that utilize DC three-phase brushless motors without Hall sensors. It provides reliable speed regulation and thermal management within a compact design. 1. Functions across a wide operating voltage of 6.5 to 24V and supports direct potentiometer adjustment alongside PLC 0-5V signal speed control. 2. Delivers a rated drive current of 12A, expanding to 20A with added external fan cooling, while automatically reducing output power if internal temperatures surpass 100 degrees Celsius. 3. Supports maximum rotational speeds varying by motor pole configuration, reaching up to 224,000 RPM for 2-pole units and down to 35,000 RPM for 14-pole units. 4. Housed in an ABS construction and supplied as a single unit pack containing one DC motor controller.
