Brushless Motor Driver Board Controller for 9V–36V Systems This driver board is designed to control brushless DC motors operating within a 9V to 36V supply range. It supports both sensored motors with Hall sensors and sensorless motors without them, giving you flexibility across a wide range of setups. The board uses rectangular wave control, also known as trapezoidal wave control, with six-step commutation, ensuring dependable and consistent motor operation. Inductive and Non-Inductive Drive Modes The driver employs a four-quadrant control method in its inductive drive mode. This allows the controller to generate braking force in the opposite direction of rotation, which is particularly useful when lowering loads or lifting heavy objects, as it prevents the motor from stalling or running away. The non-inductive drive mode uses a two-quadrant control approach, offering a simpler alternative for applications where regenerative braking is not required.
