Just remove the back cover and bulb of the lamp, and then put it into the oven to heat it to 80 for 10 minutes. The glue will soften, and the lamp shade and shell will be easier to separate -If you don't have an oven, you have to use a hot-air gun. The hot-air gun first heats the sharpest corner of the headlight, and thenheats it section by section. After softening, insert it with a disaembly tool. Be careful not to use too much force to avoid damage: stop heating until it feels a little hot with gloves! (Note: the temperature should not be too high to prevent damaging the headlights) - After heating, remove the lamp shade quickly and forcefully -Everything is smooth and quite skilled.One minute is enough from heating to peeling off.
