Chisel Sharpening Guide Jig for Chisels and Plane Blades with Adjustable Angle

Precision Sharpening Guide for Chisels and Plane Irons This sharpening guide is designed to help you achieve a consistent, accurate edge angle on your chisels and plane irons with minimal effort. Instead of relying on hand-eye coordination to judge the angle, the guide holds the tool securely so you can focus on producing a clean, even bevel. The result is a sharper, more durable edge that extends the working life of your tools and keeps them performing at their best. Adjustable Angle and Spacing for Consistent Results The guide features an adjustable angle function and a ruler attachment, allowing you to set the distance and angle precisely for your specific tool. This means you can repeat the same geometry every time you sharpen, which is essential for maintaining a true edge. Whether you are touching up a well-used chisel or setting a fresh bevel on a plane iron, the adjustable settings help you achieve clean and accurate results without guesswork. Secure Grip and Versatile Compatibility Built to accommodate a range of tool shapes and sizes, this honing guide is compatible with various chisels and plane irons. The metal bolts ensure a secure lock, while the adjustable knob provides a firm hold on tools measuring from 0 to 2.55 inches in width. This versatility makes it a practical addition to any workshop, as it can handle a variety of blades with confidence and stability. Smooth and Effortless Sharpening Action The underside of the guide is fitted with widened rollers, which allow the guide to glide smoothly back and forth across your sharpening stone. This simple rolling motion makes the sharpening process straightforward and controlled, helping you maintain a steady rhythm and an even pressure across the entire edge. The result is a more rigorous and fluid sharpening experience, with less effort required on your part.
