Chitosan and Green Tea 100 capsules

Chitosan with Sotya Green Tea is an ideal food supplement to absorb ingested fats and improves digestion. Chitosan is a fibre (aminopolysaccharide) from the shell of crustaceans. Thanks to its structure and the “amino” group that forms it, in an acidic environment such as that of the stomach, it is able to absorb ingested fat. The fat it absorbs also becomes non-absorbable, so its caloric value is zero, the fats being eliminated together with the fibre. Chitosan is able to absorb 4 or 5 times its own weight in fat, an action that is enhanced by the addition of vitamin C. Green tea contains about 27% of catechins, polyphenols and antioxidants, among others. It reduces lipoprotein levels and improves lipid metabolism, promoting blood circulation and diuresis. This plant also has thermogenic properties due to its content of xanthine bases (theophylline, theobromine, etc.), which makes it a good ally in fat-burning diets. Tea contains antioxidants, such as vitamin C, which help fight and prevent free radicals that destroy cells and tissues. It improves digestion by increasing the flow of gastric juices; this is the reason why this tea is drunk in China during meals. Take 2 to 4 capsules with a large glass of water, before meals.
