To preheat the appliance(approx. 10 minutes)turn the switch on the front of the appliance to positon 2(aprox. 60℃+).  3.Position 1 is used to keep the melted chocolate warm(aprox. 43℃+) for chocolate fondue for example.  4.The chocolate or chocolate couverture should be finely chopped to shoren the melting time. Stir occasionally during the melting process. 5.Turn to position 0 after using the unit. Unplug from the scoket.  6.Cleaning the appliance and the molds:  Never immerse your chocolatiere in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth. Rinse the melting pot and the moulds with hot water.
