The design includes a pointed tip for measuring small IC needles and reaching compact components. 3. Connectors feature pure copper nickel plating to maintain stable contact between the probe and device. 4. Electrical ratings allow for a maximum current of 20A and a maximum voltage of 1000V during operation. 5.
