The Himalayan salt owes its origin to the drying up of the seas that disappeared in ancient times. It is a very pure and unrefined salt. This salt has multiple uses, food but also curative. In fact, it is also used to prepare a hydrosaline solution, used for washing the nasal cavities and as a mouthwash or for gargling.
