DC Motor Forward and Reverse Regulator with Limit Relay Driver This DC motor control board provides straightforward forward and reverse regulation for 6V, 12V and 24V DC motors, with a 20A high current capacity. Designed for lifting and similar control applications, the board offers easy installation and dependable switching between rotation directions. Signal and Connection Requirements The control board accepts an active low signal and is compatible with three-wire sensors of the NPN-NO type. The K1, K2, SW1 and SW2 terminals all operate to this same specification, so you can connect your existing sensor setup without additional adapters. Limit Signal Operation The limit signal, also referred to as a stop signal, is trigger type and level activated. For example, if a short limit signal occurs during forward rotation, the movement stops immediately. Even after the limit signal disappears, the motor remains stopped until a fresh forward rotation signal is given to restart movement. Self-Locking Mode The PO version operates in self-locking mode. When the external forward switch K1 is pressed, the motor rotates forward and continues to do so even after the switch is released. The motor only stops when it receives the reverse turn signal K2 or the forward turn stop signal SW1, giving you reliable hands-free control during lifting operations.
