Angelica sinensis, also known as Dong quai, is a medicinal plant used in traditional Chinese medicine for its beneficial properties on women's health. This product is designed to help maintain female hormonal balance and relieve symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle, such as cramps, pain and irregularity. Thanks to the content of plant steroids, with estrogen-like effects, it helps relieve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and mood swings. It is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age to take 1 tablet daily. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
