Porto Muiños Eco Seaweed Salad mix of 3 organic farming seaweeds with different flavors. It is indicated to drink hydrated and scalded in salad, baked and crushed as a condiment, boiled in soups, creams, croquettes, scrambled eggs, stews and empanadas, as a garnish in fish or seafood dishes or as an ingredient in rice and pasta dishes. It needs prior preparation for hydration and / or cooking. To hydrate it, immerse it in water for 5 minutes, change the water and soak for 5 more minutes, its dry weight will increase 6 times. To cook it, in water for 5 minutes. Suitable for the general public, except : infants and young children. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
