Intracma Organic Whole Spelled Flour is a wheat variety that has not been manipulated or crossed with other varieties, which makes it more pure. Spelled contains more minerals and vitamins than common wheat and is especially rich in B vitamins and vitamin E. Contained in tryptophan, an element that contributes to our mental and emotional well-being. Tryptophan is an amino acid associated with good humor, very interesting in cases of depression and decay. Spelled is more digestible than common wheat because it has less gluten and more fiber, which makes it interesting for people with a wheat allergy, who can sometimes consume it without problems. Celiacs, however in principle can not consume it. Its high fiber content makes it an excellent food for constipation problems.
