Electromechanical Systems and Devices

Students entering todayâs engineering fields will find an increased emphasis on practical analysis design and control. They must be able to translate their advanced programming abilities and sound theoretical backgrounds into superior problem-solving skills. Electromechanical Systems and Devices facilitates the creation of critical problem-solving skills by demonstrating the application of cornerstone fundamentals in the analysis and design of electromechanical systems. The book encourages students to focus specifically on implementation issues related to high-performance electromechanical systems which are used as electric drives and servosystems. Students are provided with a wealth of worked-out examples that not only illustrate how to solve common engineering problems but also demonstrate how to extrapolate from the results. The book also demonstrates how to use MATLAB to integrate advanced control algorithms attain rapid prototyping generate C codes and visualize the results. Tomorrowâs engineers will be charged with pioneering the future of electromechanical technologies. Electromechanical Systems and Devices provides them with the principles and instruction they need to think critically about design and implementation issues as well as understand both what calculations must be done and how to perform such operations. .
