Description

Fiber with Pectin and Plum from Sotya is a dietary fiber supplement that protects against constipation and obesity. These tablets are rich in fiber from oat bran and pectin. Secondly, the plum has demonstrated laxative effects, superior to those of pectin; so it is recommended in more severe cases of constipation. Lastly, anise has important properties such as stomach and carminative, and it notably alleviates the initial effects of fiber (aerophagia). It is recommended to take with a large glass of water, before each meal. An increase in fiber intake can temporarily cause mild aerophagia.
