FJ Lax de Nale is an enriched source of plantain which acts against chronic constipation by increasing the volume of the intestinal content and lubricating the walls by exerting a softening effect. It is therefore an intestinal regulator that can be used daily unlike what happens with other laxatives. Some studies have shown that it can improve intestinal irritations. The treatment of constipation depends fundamentally on the cause that produces it. Most of the time it will be enough to add fiber to the diet. If it is related to taking drugs, and these can be changed for others, it will be advisable to do so, always under medical supervision. In extreme occasions it may be necessary to resort to surgery. It is recommended to take with meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
