Nexa FLM-104 Fire ladder 4 meters Nexa Fire Ladder FLM-104 is your way to a quick evacuation from the residence in the event of a fire. Packaged, the fire ladder takes up little space and can be stored directly adjacent to a window to be close at hand if the accident occurs. Thanks to a sturdy metal arch that is hung over the window frame, the steps are easy to use in an evacuation. The length of the ladder is 4 meters and is suitable for homes with 2 floors. - Maximum load: 400 kg, max 3 people on the ladder- Maximum evacuation height, measured from the bottom of the window: 4.3 meters- Maximum frame thickness: 30 cm- Instructions for use in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and English are available in packaging.
