For Range Hoods: Backdraft Damper with Automatic Shut-Off and Smooth Airflow Adapter

This backdraft damper installs into kitchen ventilation systems to reduce odor and gas backflow while maintaining proper exhaust airflow. It features an automatic closing mechanism and heat and oil resistant construction suited for standard kitchen environments. 1. Prevents unpleasant odors, gases, and dust from entering the kitchen when the extractor fan is not operating. 2. Features an automatic flap that closes immediately upon turning off the fan to block reverse air movement. 3. Constructed from materials resistant to heat and kitchen oil buildup for reliable performance in cooking areas. 4. Includes an adapter that enables the flap to open smoothly during active ventilation to maintain consistent airflow.
