Thanks to its bilayer tablet, Forté Stress 24h acts in two stages:
- An immediate effect to start the day with serenity: the first layer of the tablet immediately releases marine magnesium and vitamin B6 to reduce fatigue and improve emotional balance. It also contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6, as well as the amino acid L-theanine for improved psychological well-being.
- A long-lasting effect to resist stress all day long: thanks to the second layer of the tablet, which gradually releases Marine Magnesium and Vitamins B6 and B9 to recharge the body throughout the day, and a synergistic complex of three adaptogenic plants (rhodiola, ashwagandha, and schisandra), for better stress management and physical and mental resistance to overwork. Adaptogenic plants allow the body to adapt to different stress states and respond better to these situations.
(1) Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue and support the normal functioning of the nervous system.
(2) Schisandra has adaptogenic properties and improves adaptation to stress.
(3) Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B9 contribute to normal psychological functions.
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with breakfast or lunch, with a large glass of water (200 ml).
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should be kept out of the sight and reach of young children. Do not consume if other products containing green tea are already consumed on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not consume 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per day. Contains caffeine (maximum 3 mg/recommended daily dose) and EGCG (8 mg per recommended daily dose). Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Consult a healthcare professional for advice regarding medical treatment.
