Lamberts FOS (formerly Eliminex®) is a natural prebiotic containing fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a type of soluble fiber found in various vegetables such as chicory and onions. Regenerates the beneficial flora of the intestine. Regulates bowel movements. Prevents and relieves abdominal bloating. The recommended daily intake varies, depending on the level of fiber in your diet. Drink at least 2 liters of fluid a day. Take as directed. Maintenance of intestinal flora for adults, initial dose 5 g, maintenance dose 10 g Children 4 years and older 2.5g, maintenance dose 5g. Intestinal transit aid for adults, initial dose (3 days) 5 g, normal complete dose 15 g, maximum daily dose 20 g. Children 4 years and older, initial dose (3 days) 2.5 g, normal full dose 5 g, maximum daily dose 10 g. Note: One heaped teaspoon: 5 g. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of young children.

Safety Warnings: If any of these intakes cause excessive flatulence, reduce the dose and gradually increase it. Flatulence is a positive sign that Eliminex has reached the intestine and is feeding friendly bacteria. When bacteria consume Eliminex, gas is produced, which can initially lead to flatulence. However, this will disappear in a few days when more friendly bacteria develop and absorb the gases. For intakes greater than 10 g or 5 g in children, divide the daily dose into 2 doses one at the end of the day, which will help reduce flatulence. Eliminex may cause temporary swelling. This is a shortterm effect and once your system speeds up the swelling will go away. If the swelling continues for more than 3 days, then reduce the daily intake of Eliminex. Regenerates the beneficial flora of the intestine. Regularizes bowel movements. Prevents and relieves abdominal swelling. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of young children.
