STC Nutrition's Gainer XXL is a food supplement that has been specially developed from proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins: The supply of energy macronutrients, such as carbohydrates, which increase the energy reserves available to the body, it is rich in proteins, which contribute to the development of muscle mass and in vitamins C, B2, B5, B6, B12 and PP, which participate in energy metabolism. It is advisable to mix 40 g (3 tablespoons) in 150 ml of water or skimmed milk to your liking. If necessary, dilute the intensity of the aroma and the desired consistency. Consume 1 or 2 times a day, preferably between meals, or 1 hour before training. If necessary, follow the advice of a sports or health professional.
