Santiveri Gluten Free Breadcrumbs are made with cornstarch and are suitable for gluten-free diets. Gluten intolerance, also called celiac disease, is a pathological process that mainly affects children, although adults can also suffer from it. The cereals that do not contain gluten are rice and corn. Two protein fractions can be separated from gluten: gliadin and glutenin. The first, gliadin, is the cause of celiac disease. It is recommended to eat to taste of the consumer. Store in a cool, dry place, keeping the container tightly closed.
