Deyalet Gluten Free Chia Flour is a complete flour that is produced from the cold grinding of the seeds of the Salvia hispánica plant. As the seed is ground, its usefulness is more functional and digestive. It can be used in many foods as a nutritional ingredient and source of vegetable Omega-3. It is also a gluten-free flour, which is presented in the form of a fine dark brown powder, with a soft and sweet flavor. It needs to absorb water to form a light gel that improves the hydration and palativity of food. It is recommended to apply it in small quantities, between 2 and 3%, as an enriching supplement in all kinds of baked products such as: sliced bread, whole wheat rolls, cookies, pastries, spaghetti pasta (3 to 5%), brown breads ( max. 10%), etc
