Straightforward installation: Panelmount socket terminals are sized for common speaker cabinet and amplifier panel cutouts for quick replacement or upgrade. Compact and durable: Small form factor for spacelimited applications while maintaining solid mechanical retention and stable electrical performance. Pack of 5 pairs: Multiple pairs included for multichannel systems or several installation projects. Key attributes Function: Binding post speaker terminals for connecting speaker wire to amplifiers, receivers, or speaker enclosures. Compatibility: Works with standard banana plugs, pin connectors, and bare speaker wire. Suitable for home audio, powered speakers, amplifiers, receivers, and DIY speaker builds. Size and options: Provided in a small configuration labeled 33.8mm and also available in a 40mm length option to fit different panel thicknesses and mounting preferences. Material and finish: Goldplated contact surface to minimize contact resistance and improve longterm connection reliability. Performance: Springloaded, selflocking mechanism maintains consistent contact pressure to reduce intermittent connections and signal loss. Why choose these connectors Simplifies wiring: Pushtype spring action makes it faster to attach and remove speaker conductors than screwtype terminals, saving installation time. Stable audio signal: Goldplated contacts and firm mechanical retention help maintain clean signal transfer under normal home audio operating conditions. Versatile use: Small size fits compact enclosures while the 40mm length option accommodates thicker panels or recessed mounting needs. Typical applications Replacing worn or damaged binding posts on passive speaker cabinets to restore reliable speakertoamp connections. Building custom speaker enclosures or porting DIY audio projects where compact, reliable panel connectors are required. Connecting multichannel home theater or studio systems where multiple pairs are needed for left, right, and surround channels. What is included Five pairs of goldplated pushtype spring selflocking banana binding post sockets, size labeled 33.8mm Small. Length option also available at 40mm. Installation tips Ensure proper panel cutout size before fitting the terminal. Tighten mounting hardware securely to prevent movement. For bare wire, insert conductors fully into the spring opening and verify a firm grip. For banana plugs, push in until the connector seats fully. Check polarity markings and wire routing to maintain correct speaker phase. This set provides a practical, spaceconscious solution for reliable speaker connections in home audio, custom cabinets, and amplifier panels.
