It is a combination of 8 different species of acid resistant probiotic bacterial strains that are known to naturally colonize the human gastrointestinal tract. Probiotic bacteria are essential for healthy digestion. It helps maintain the integrity of the intestinal lining, supports proper intestinal motility, and participates in the detoxification process. It uses bacterial strains that have been clinically validated to support healthy immune system function. FOS is also included in this product to aid the healthy growth of Acidophilus and Bifidus organisms. It is recommended to take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day between meals or on an empty stomach.
