Delivery timescales 

Delivery timescales depend on many factors, including the choices you make during checkout for delivery method. 

The location of the retailer and the estimated delivery timescale is displayed when you click on the “Delivery” section on the product page. 

Standard delivery - for domestic orders, takes approximately 2-5 days from dispatch.

International standard delivery - takes approximately 5-14 business days from dispatch. Typically standard delivery doesn’t provide tracking ability or proof of delivery services. 

Express delivery - for domestic orders, takes approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch.

International express delivery - takes approximately 3-7 business days from dispatch. Typically express delivery options provide a tracking and proof of delivery service. 

A signature may be required on receipt. 

You’ll be able to choose from available shipping options during the checkout process for products you are ordering. 

Please note: as with any delivery service, timescales are estimates, cannot be guaranteed and don’t include customs clearing times beyond our control. Specifically for deliveries to South Africa, please allow additional time due to delays with the South African customs and postal service. 

Delivery costs 

Delivery charges depend on many factors, including the choices you make during checkout for delivery method. 

Delivery prices shown on our product pages assume delivery within the country of the Fruugo country website that you are viewing. If you choose delivery outside your domestic country, delivery charges will update during checkout. 

If you have a Fruugo account, you can choose to change the delivery country for your account by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Selecting Your Account
  3. Selecting Personal details
  4. Updating the delivery country 

This will adjust the shipping costs on product screens. 

Total delivery costs are displayed on the final page of checkout before you submit your order. 

If any additional delivery surcharge fees occur with your order, such as if the weight of a product exceeds the courier allowance, we’ll contact you and you’ll be able to choose to proceed or cancel the order. 

Delivery address restrictions 

We only display products to you that are available for delivery in your country. 

We currently ship to 42 countries:

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, United Arab Emirates, USA. 

Delivery restrictions may apply due to the nature of some products and in order to comply with national and international regulations governing the transportation of certain products to certain destinations, so not all products are available in all countries or to all addresses. 

A PO Box can be required for delivery in some countries, please supply this information during checkout if you require delivery to such a country. 

If you choose to have your order delivered to a pack station address, we require the registered card details address during checkout. 


Our retailers use a wide variety of leading global couriers to deliver your orders depending on the origin and destination country and type of product. In addition, local postal services are used. 

Unfortunately, it’s not possible for you to choose a specific courier.
