Modifying your order

It is not usually possible to modify an order once the order has been placed. If the order has not yet been confirmed or shipped, you can contact Fruugo customer care with your request and we will try our best to make the change. You can check the status of the order in question under Your Account. 

If this is not possible, because the order is in the process of being shipped, then you will need to wait for the delivery and then return the goods in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.

An order can be cancelled prior to being shipped. If you have already received a shipping confirmation e-mail for the order in question, please let us know about your wish to return your order, or a part of the order, within 14 days after it has been delivered to you. The price of the order will be refunded to you as soon as the retailer receives the products you return. For more information on returns, see Returns & Refunds.
