AD8310 is a high-speed voltage output logarithmic amplifier. The detection frequency range is DC to 440 MHz. With an extremely fast response time (typical value is 15 ns), it can be used as an ASK demodulator above 10 MHz. It is suitable for higher precision intermediate frequency signal measurement applications. The detector output voltage is provided in dB equivalent form of the input signal. Applications include RSSI, transmit power control, and pulse detection.Working frequency: 0.1 to 440 MHz Detection slope: +24 mV/dB Detection threshold: -108 dBV Dynamic range: -77 dBm to +18 dBm (95 dB) Linear error: ±0.4 dB Response time: 15 ns Output voltage: 0.35 to 2.5 V Supply current: 12 mA Supply voltage: 7 to 15 V (compatible with LM78L05 voltage regulator) Color: As shown Material: PCB Note: Product appearance, color, and printed markings may vary between batches, but these differences do not affect functionality.
