For pre-cleaning, we recommend HOTREGA® Patio Tile Cleaner or HOTREGA® Terras Forte. The ideal processing temperature is between 8 °C and 25 °C. The use of HOTREGA® Joint Stabiliser can lead to a slight gloss formation and optical colour deepening of the surface. However, this effect disappears after about 2-3 months when the area is exposed to free weathering and due to abrasion. Therefore, create a test surface beforehand and shake or stir the product well before use. The joints (up to approx. 10 mm wide) are filled with quartz sand (grain size 0.3-0.8 mm) or mineral-cement mixture. Then apply the HOTREGA® Joint Stabiliser undiluted with a pressure sprayer or watering can until saturated. Peel off the excess with a rubber scraper and remove it completely with a broom. Pick up residues in recesses with a sponge. Avoid puddling on the pavement The solidified surface must be protected from moisture for at least 24 hours and can be used after approx. 4-7 days. After application, wash appliances with plenty of clean water. Keep out of reach of children. In principle, this product should be tested for compatibility on a concealed area before use.
