Iron Cross 333 with Snake Chain - Silver

Faint Iron Cross made of 925 sterling silver. The chain pendant is partially blackened on the front, smooth polished on the back. For women and men. dimensions: approx. 17 mm high x approx. 17 mm wide Interior dimensions of the eyelet: approx. 7 mm high and approx. 4 mm wide weight: approx. 5.5 g The jewelry pendant is delivered including a noble snake necklace made of 925 sterling silver. The necklace is about 1 mm thick and subtly oxidized. We have three different lengths on offer: 45 cm, 55 cm and 65 cm. Background: The Iron Cross was introduced as a war decoration in 1813 by the Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm III. In 1914, Kaiser Wilhelm II renewed the Order's foundation. Today, the EK can be seen as the emblem of the Bundeswehr on all vehicles of the German military.
