Description

4 sachets of isomalt. Isomalt makes it possible to create all sorts of decorations for your culinary preparations as sugar work allows, with ease. Derived from sucrose, it is twice as sweet as powdered sugar. It is therefore a sweetener which degrades much less under the action of heat as sugar could do. Presented in the form of small balls, it is enough to heat it gently so that it melts on its own, without the need to add liquids. Your isomalt sugar pieces will keep much longer, while keeping their shine and hold. The other major advantage of isomalt is its reusable aspect. If you don't like your decoration, just put the isomalt back to heat to make it malleable again.
