Color LCD Screen, High-Resolution Photos and Videos Instead of a traditional eyepiece, this instrument is equipped with a 10.9 cm LCD screen. The microscope captures the image captured through the lens and displays it in real time. If necessary, you can also display the image on a computer screen. To do so, simply connect the microscope to a computer with the included USB cable. When studying your samples, you can use optical and digital magnification. The total magnification range extends from 3x to 120x. The microscope also allows recording high-resolution images and videos in Full HD quality (a separately available memory card is required for this). Illumination on Flexible Holders The illumination is anything but ordinary. Several LEDs are located directly in the lens – a proven standard method for illuminating samples with reflected light. Additionally, there are two LED spot illuminators on flexible holders that can be bent to any desired angle. This allows you to direct the light to exactly the areas you want to observe. The illumination brightness can be adjusted. Taking Photos and Videos via Wireless Remote Control All controls are located directly below the LCD screen; some controls are also located on the remote control. In fact, there are two: one connected via a cable, the other wireless. You use the wired remote control to control the illumination. This remote control is integrated into the power supply cable. It controls the illumination and also turns the microscope on and off. With the wireless remote control, you can adjust the magnification and record images and videos. This makes high-quality photo and video recordings much easier, as even the slightest touch of the microscope causes the image to shake.
