Description

They are made only with the tritticum dicoccum variety that is designed for pasta because it keeps cooking, it tastes strong but sweet. A viable alternative to traditional wheat pasta. All the work fully responds to the traditional methodology, cold patterned dough and bronze, to obtain a pleasantly rougher and more porous dough, ideal for absorbing and improving sauces. Drying is carried out at low temperatures and for long periods of time, without damaging the precious content of whole spelled penne. Cooking time between 6-8 minutes is recommended.
