It becomes the heart of your event, bringing exchanges to life and making every moment more memorable. Build audience loyalty: Mascots are often associated with positive memories. By creating an immersive experience, you leave a lasting impression in the minds of your visitors or participants. Polyfoam (polyurethane foam): This ultra-light material is both rigid and easy to clean. It allows for sculpting varied facial expressions (smiles, winks, etc.) while remaining comfortable for the wearer. Polyfoam is also shock-resistant, which is ideal if your mascot needs to interact with an enthusiastic audience. Outer coating: Depending on the model, the head can be covered with stretch fabric or soft vinyl for a realistic finish and better resistance to wear. Animation Tips Composite fibers and lightweight resin: These materials offer an excellent compromise between strength and lightness. They allow for creating a resistant internal structure while remaining flexible for ease of movement. Some costumes even include reinforcements on the shoulders and back for better support. Breathable fabric: The body is often covered with a soft synthetic fabric, such as polyester or nylon, treated to be anti-sweat and anti-bacterial. Some models include discreet ventilation zones to prevent overheating. Ventilation system: For costumes worn indoors or under blazing sun, additional ventilation options can be added, such as mesh (breathable nets) under the armpits or on the back. Gloves: Made of stretch fabric or vinyl, to complete the mascot's appearance while ensuring good grip. Belt or harness: To keep the costume in place and prevent it from slipping during movement.
